tACK #8487e62 — built on MacBook Air (M1, 2020) with macOS Big Sur 11.4 (20F71) using Xcode Version 12.5 (12E262). Tested briefly on local My Mac (Designed for iPad) on same Mac, iPhone 11 Max Pro, iPad 5th, and iPod touch 7th gen with iOS 14.6. I did not do a full regression test.

New icon looks good, but Home Screen name is too long with "Gordian QR Tool" — should be just "QR Tool) (see #60) so is not suitable for App Store release quite yet.

However, this PR is acceptable for merge to master.
