FEATURE: Show crypto-request when printing in Developer Mode #120

If you have developer mode on, and you print a crypto-seed or crypto-hdkey (and others if applicable), add to the printed page the crypto-request for that seed/hdkey/etc., possibly on a second page.

This supports testing by developers.

I don't need this for 1.4, but we should support it in 1.5 as that will have more emphasis as a reference wallet for crypto-request.
