UX/BUF: Updating of Network Data Inconsistent #110

The updating of the data about the network is inconsistent. When I started up Mainnet and Testnet, the Mainnet data got up to date, but the Testnet data never showed anything but 0s: 0% synced (ever after it had 30M, likely the whole chain, down), 0 blocks, 0 hashrate, etc.

This is for #105 on a Mac Mini running Big Sur.

The general issue of Testnet not showing updates seems resolved, though there are some issues with syncing percentage, which I'll open as a separate Issue.
