CRASH: Gordian Server quit unexpectedly when switching to another application. #81

Running Gordian Server v0.1.5 on a MacBook Air (13-inch) with MacOS High Sierra 10.13.6. I toggled to a browser from the server and the program crashed. The error message was:

"GordianServer-macOS quit unexpectedly.

Click to Reopen to open the application again. Click Report to see more detailed information and send a report to Apple."

Unfortunately clicked Reopen immediately and did not manage to get copy of the Report.

I am unable to reproduce this.. We have a pre release that fixes many issues, if you want to try it out it can be found here: https://github.com/Fonta1n3/GordianServer-macOS/releases/download/v0.2.0/GordianServer-v0.2.0.dmg
