Revert to blockchain.info price server as default, bug fixes #109

fix: bug where scanner could scan multiple times fix: make blockchain.info default price server refactor: quick connect code, tor client and home screen loading code, better errors if tor fails fix: do not check for auth in debug mode when displaying backup info fix: enable debug mode for building from source
