Lifehash and SSKR #93

This PR adds Lifehash and SSKR to the app.

You will see Lifehash's throughout the app to help you visually identify which Account you are using. Lifehash's are generated on the fly from the current active Account's primary descriptor.

For SSKR you may recover a single sig wallet by scanning UR SSKR shares via the recovery button or when "adding a signer" to Accounts which do not yet have all required signers.

The build instructions have been updated, greatly simplified and added to the readme. The scheme has been reverted to debug mode so that if using a simulator you will not need to "Sign in with Apple".
