trying to retrieve transaction #70

Hello,

I am attempting to retrieve funds from a BCH payout. I'm new to all of this so am not sure how it all works. This was $$ from a sports betting site that I moved into Lite coin and later into FreeWallet and now the transaction is in blockchain. Here is a link they sent with the transaction in BCH.

Could someone pls assist me in how I retrieve this money? They send it to a BCH address. I don't have a wallet for this address and am not sure what to do .
