Lost a grand in BtC, actually I'd traded it in for XMR after 6 weeks of nothing from them. I didn't get a receipt nor did i receive any of my XMR deposit. However at first I some how tracked at and said the funds and it went through it's just stalling bc maybe I hit the refresh. I have the address I gave and know the exact time and date. The address was a kracken wallet and they don't offer much:).

Truly appreciate any help on simply finding where it it and what went wrong. Do you even get a hash # after a transaction??
