Also, another note: we could either have the in-game clients check for notifications every minute or so, or set up a node.js (or some other light weight system) server that the client is constantly connected to, which we can use to send them notifications immediately
Instead of the current "announce to all" system, have individual notifications that also show up ingame. Typical "Jincux commented on your add-on!" or "Your add-on has been approved!"
