Pregeneration causes a silent error from Realistic Fluid Generation which decreases load speed of chunk; does not cause a crash.

COG spawns ore after generation of chunks is completed, this causes slow down as it replaces spawned ore then generates new ore.

Reducing the number of COG xml files will reduce generation latency.
