Unable to click Add it on Bounty Challenge #1838

Problem: Unable to click 'Add it' on the bounty challenge for hash power data (/add-hashpower)

Solution: Either the button is broken or need to fix show some sort of error message if something is wrong with the form.

It's working on localhost, and it seems that the uploader is broken on production. @gazhayes, it's probably a permission error or something on the server, it can't save the image. It may be related to #1808.
