endless refresh in FF with noscript addon when url has ?

• using FF (reproduced on 85.0 macos) with https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/noscript/ version 11.2 installed; visit https://blockstream.info/?asdf

this will enter into and endless refresh, with https://blockstream.info/?nojs in the URL bar.
