hello guys!

I haven't checked my Jade wallet in a month, and I accidentally updated the firmware when I connected my Jade to my computer.

Now I can't see my Bitcoin in my wallet. (I think updating the firmware was the issue).

I've tried typing in my seed phrase but it shows the wallet empty.

I've tried downloading a previous desktop version of BlockStream green but it doesn't work.

I really don't think anyone hacked my account.

Anyone knows if you can download a previous version of the firmware? or have any suggestions?

I would appreciate any advice or support!

Were you using a passphrase with your Jade? Make sure you're entering it during login if so:

thanks so much for the link bro!

I factory reset my Jade and keyed in my passphrase for my new wallet.

didnt see anything and I installed the latest desktop version again.
