Support for signet #23

Please add support for signet.

Unfortunately, the frequent "block storms" on testnet affect LN payments, making testnet unreliable.

Hi @ok300

LWK is Liquid only and there is no signet for Liquid.

For both testnet and mainnet Liquid blocks are signed and are produced ~every minute, so there is no plan to add signet for Liquid.
