Straw crafting confict #299

cottages:straw_bale can be crafted into 2 things, only one is possible

cottages:straw_bale => cottages:straw_mat cottages:straw_bale => farming:straw

Also worth noting the straw_bale / straw crafts are not perfectly balanced although they are equivalent (by the logic of one of the crafts), this could be resolved at the same time
