Add some kind of ability for "channels" or "rooms"

This might be too complex to do in the command line, this can probably be more easily achieved with blocks

It would be cool to have rooms so that topic-specific, or language-specific conversations do not swamp the general chat. The messages sent in these rooms would still all be visible to mods who need to review the contents.

We could have rooms for:

• Different languages
• Different topics
• Private groups people form
• Non-family friendly chat, so those who are more... verbose.. can express themselves without worrying about children seeing it

This is potentially very complex behaviour and I have no specific way of implementing it in mind.

It would be nice to:

• Be able to subscribe to a room so you see the messages from it
• Create your own rooms
• Send messages to multiple rooms at once(?)
• Easily target your messages to specific rooms
• Tell which room each message came from
