Kill counter for creature/entity log #448

nothing urgent, more cosmetic than anything. Is there a way that there
could be a kill counter for the creatures/entities you kill, viewable in
the creature/combat log. This could maybe be expanded on to have number of
deaths too. *shrugs* If it's not much work, would be nice to see, otherwise
I wouldn't worry too much :)
