seismic prospector #1258

everything needed to use and make this is LV, except the data stick witcj needs a cleanroom and HV laser engraver for the NAND chips, otherwise it can be done in MV, why?

Yeah - seems pretty strange to me.

GT 5.08 also required HV to make the data stick (for engraving the emerald/olivine plate), but looking at the Data Orb recipes for comparison, the Autoclave recipe actually looks simpler - if I breed some UU berries for the UU-matter and sift enough olivine or emeralds to get some exquisite gems, I can do that at HV as well. It seems logical to me to allow a lower-tech data storage item for the seismic prospector, like a magnetic tape cassette or perhaps even a floppy disk. Magnetic iron/steel foils aren't currently enabled by default, but that can probably be changed, or maybe it would make more sense to use magnetic iron/steel dust in the recipe along with a thin polyethylene sheet.
