Just install Forge 1.7.10 and run the new minecraft forge-1.7.10 "account" from your minecraft lancher.
Then place the Project in your ".minecraft" folder, replacing the mods, config and (probably) the scripts folder.
Start minecraft forge-1.7.10 again.
