lua logicbrick-sample crashs on windows on exit #256

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. use the windows7 debug-runtime 32bit
2. load TestLuaLogicBricks.blend
3. exit with esc-key

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The runtime should exit without crashing but crashes

Actually it didn't crash but an assertion was thrown. removed the inheritance 
to utSingleton now, cause its destructor was causing the assertion-error. The 
active scene's logicmanager keeps accessable via getSingleton(..) due to 
compatibility. Or should be cut this completely?
