How i can add the milky feature to nihilo #135

Please i dont know how to do it

Do you mean the barrels milking fluid from cows (and possibly other mobs)? That feature is defined in the MilkEntityRegistry.json.

The default recipe requires a mod that adds milk as an actual fluid be installed (I believe both EnderIO and Tinker's do, others might as well).

Do you think it would be a good idea to add Milk as a fluid in ExNihilo? So this might work without depending on another mod or having to modify the configuration.

We already tried that but it sometimes caused world corruption when the 'milk owner' changed. There might even still be a old branch where this feature was added.
