Auto Sifter just doesn't work #301

the Auto Sifter block doesn't want to connect to any sieves.. it is connected to waterwheels and is spinnig but i just can't get it to connect to sieves it's really frustrating as i did it hunderd times in past but it just doesn't work anymore https://imgur.com/QvRnzCe I am playing Awakening - Sky of Diamonds (1.14.4) mod version - exnihilocreatio-1.12.2-0.4.7.2

OK my bad it just wasn't wiggling so i thought it wans't working but i just put gravel in it and it works....
