All of my assets have been taken, this will be put to an end immediately, along with other properties of mine being used for identify theft & fraud, such as fake accounts of me on GitHub, when really my ONLY official accounts are this and @sc0ttferren. If this matter is not addressed or resolved, the situation may escalate further.

It was not, used to have it in a different repository before skidders like Konz, Jod, and many others downloaded the repository either using commands, or a directory downloader online to show that they "didn't" fork it.

Using commands? You've heard of something called git right?
