Button & Dropdown menu added for previewing proposals when using the /vote_draft command.
Will display the title of the thread with the respective prefix, along with the format the proposal will be posted in Discord under.
Can be used in any thread / channel the bot has access to.

This will hopefully allow for easier viewing of a proposal before publishing it.
