Description

Upon new account creation, going to the account settings, incorrect phone number, and contact method not checked.

Steps to reproduce

1. Register for a new account
2. Login to new account
3. Click settings

Expected result

Should show correct phone number entered during signup, and contact method saved from signup.

Actual result

Phone number showed 9999999999 Both contact boxes unchecked (during sing-up I checked both)
