Disable teleport in the specified dimension #8

Some specific dimensions may need to disable the operation of features such astpa home to prevent players from using that feature to cheat.

Can a relevant configuration option be provided to prevent players from using all commands provided by Blossom when they are in a given dimension.

came here to look for or to make this exact request. It is much-needed, since there is a particular dimension that screws something up if a player uses /home instead of the proper /trigger command I set up.
