Thanks! I believe XMRIG's donation level defaults to 1%, but you can adjust this to 0% if you want to. See the following Reddit link: https://www.reddit.com/r/MoneroMining/comments/87zcjo/does_xmrig_allow_for_0_donation/

Most mining pools also have a mining fee. On Unmineable for example it's 1% which you can adjust to 0.75% by using a referral link.
