consider removing mk1fields from treefarm in HARDmod #26

Given that treefarm performance is much better without base treefarms, and given that it would be an additional reason to tech up faster, might it be a good idea to disable mk1fields? The downside being, just how much wood is needed way before drones are an option. Perhaps an alternative exists?

Rmm. You need enough wood before drones are an option that removing basic fields is not an option.

Need a way to differentiate between them. Perhaps make basic fields much more expensive than they are? If they are hard to get, that would limit the number you make.

basic fields are made from a burner inserter and a wooden chest. They work for 'free', and adding fuel is not workable (fuel is seedlings). Could they be made to require an electric inserter and electric power? Then the fuel slot wouldnt work, and treefarm wouldnt support it without coding a version of treefarm for HARDmod. Perhaps make the recipe more expensive? 4 or 5 inserters instead of 1? Maybe make it require 'mulch' to create the field, which is made from shredded trees?

If a treefarm was made from 6 trees worth of mulch, 4 burner inserters, and a wooden chest, that would make it much more expensive.
