Alter endgame placeholder content #29

Current placeholder content for end game was added for 0.11 - it makes sense to wait until 0.13 comes out, to think about changing it. Not a bad idea to think about what the future end game should look like though.

I like the idea of being able to launch packages of tank platoons into space. Gives you a reason to build a factory that mass produces tanks!

Something sadly missing from the base game :(
