Category name was missing double-quotes and changed icon to the crushed stone icon.

The category fix is good; the plan is for crushed stone to have the icon vanilla stone has, and for stone mined directly to have a different one.

If you remove the fix for the icon, I can go ahead and merge the PR. Cheers!
