Integrate with Bobs Ores #6

make Bobs ores spawn much more rarely or not at all. add crushing for bobs ores? *add froth floatation to generate bobs ores

given that most of the graphics needed for bobs ores are included with bobplates, it might be possible to drop bobs ores entirely from the dependencies. This would mean we would need to configure spawning of resources completely. Possibly RSO dependency could be added?

This also ties in with how ores are meant to be by 1.0.0 - a few common types which generate most ores through froth flotation, as well as a lot of rare types which generate only themselves - like gold ore being minable for instance, but very hard to find.

bobs ores removed as a dependency, will have to write something similar to add the ores I need.
