Add distinction between compressed air and liquid air #8

Both bobs plates (MCI) and treefarmAC use air compressors to make liquid air. End result needs compressors to make compressed air, then a cooler to make liquid air.

This really ties in with NARMods Air Separation Unit gameplay. Seems that it, along with cement, is one of the few elements unique to that mod. Given the mod in question is ARR, graphics will need to be found for it, and its implementation will not be able to be copy pastable.

NARMod added as framework for future improvement, having added NARMod content. NARMod is incidentally CC-BY-NC, not ARR.
