Add documentation for preferences options. #35

A lot of the options in preferences are currently unnecessary vague and should be elaborated upon.

Documentation should be put on wiki pages, and the preferences view could probably use some flavourtext (on-hover or in a separate column) close or equal to said wiki documentation.
