Automatically ensure that the examples are correct #33

If we avoid inlining examples in the documentation, and instead pull them from their own files, it should be fairly easy to run them all (especially if we have a simulator, see #30).

I've changed my mind about this - For the amount of complexity it introduces I don't think there's a enough of a gain.
