TwilightPSN commented 3 years ago

Description of the issue:

Random Crashes on Dedicated Server. We have a fresh server noone is using anything from IE currently and have had multiple crashes from IE according to the crashlogs. Not sure what exactly is causing these but thought i would report it to hopefully help resolve an issue if one is present.

Crashlog:

Versions & Modlist

IE Version - 4.1.1-128 Forge 35.0.16

Same issue here I believe.

crash-2020-11-18_18.44.34-server.txt

IE Version - 4.1.1-127 Forge 34.1.40

--- UPDATE --- I believe this issue arose (at least in my case) from updating incorrectly, when I ran the server with the wrong forge modloader version. There were some corrupted blocks, specifically certain multi-block structures, connectors and wires that broke. Since removing/replacing these in the world I haven't had a crash. Hopefully this will be of some use to somebody.

IE Version - 4.1.1-128 Forge Version - 35.1.4

Upon some research, this may be related to issue https://github.com/BluSunrize/ImmersiveEngineering/issues/4410
