Expected Behavior

When connecting an LV network through a transformer (HV to MV to LV), the non-insulated LV wire should not melt when touched. The system should only draw the necessary power to sustain the load (e.g., lamps), and the wires should remain intact and functional, similar to the behavior observed when connected directly to an LV energy source.

Actual Behavior

I've noticed strange behavior of wires. I have a HV transformer connected to a normal transformer (i.e HV to MV to LV), and when I connect the LV network, that has ~15 powered lamps, and touch a non insulated LV wire, the wire melts. I have tried decreasing the amount of lamps to only 1, nothing changed, in fact it even melts without lamps. However, when connecting the wires directly from an LV energy source, this behaviour does not happen, and rather they just flicker.

Steps to reproduce

  1. Create a network that resembles this connection: Power Source>HV>MV>LV>Devices.
  2. Connect something to the lv network, (lamps for example).
  3. Touch the wire.
  4. Create a network that resembles this connection: Power Source>LV>Devices.
  5. Connect something to the lv network, (lamps for example).
  6. Touch the wire.
