Approach:

[x] Fetch data via either a wrapper or a server action
[ ] Make sure fetches only include valid or invalid data
[ ] Flatten data so that an update includes project, outcome, output, output indicator, impact indicator, and user information
[ ] Pass updates list as props
[ ] Display updates as a data table including filtering and exporting
[ ] Make a page for Suneha to validate updates
