Beneficiary/stakeholder/student counting

If possible, allow a checkbox or some kind of function for PMs to say whether any of the people who are being reported have already been counted and if so how many. Then we know the number reached that year plus throughout the lifetime of hte project (i.e. maybe a tickbox for 'some of these people have been reached before' and then if they tick yes we ask how many, and then we use that data to get our overall numbers

We will conditionally display an extra field when a relevant impact indicator is selected. For example, when...

5.2.2 (number of students) is selected, a second field should appear: "how many of these have you engaged before?"
