On impact indicator list page, not all instances are showing #98

i.e. when click on 5.6.2, not getting all the lines shown in supabase

Have since realised this is because it appears to be filtering based on the 'duplicate' column rather than the 'original' column. The 'original' column is the one that has been kept up to date.
