[LEVEL]: Improve Tutorial Levels Progression

Description of what will be added or updated

A new tutorial progression system that slowly introduces players to the concepts of the game. Ideally, the tutorial system would only explain controls and nothing else, requiring players to figure out what to do on their own. This will make it easier to player to learn with reading the instructions.

Description of the scene/level to be added or edited

At least 3 new tutorial level, with one being the updated Tutorial Room Scene. Names to be decided by implementor.
