[Feature] Support different icons in filesystem #133

Related to IconTextPlugin, IconTextLampPlugin and ThreeIconPlugin.
Upload icons via icon web page to /configuration.
Change icons by referencing their storage location in the filesystem.
Remove plugin upload functionality and renaming.
