[Feature] Store text in configuration on request #156

This is valid for

JustTextPlugin
IconTextPlugin
IconTextLampPlugin

Store the text in the configuration depended on a flag. The text shall not be stored in the configuration by default to avoid flash damage by high number of updates to show e.g. sensor data.
