CI: upload package on Pypi upon tag #25

This change updates the continuous integration process so that it now publishes its release on the official Pypi upon git tag creation. It also fixes an invalid classifier in the project description which were rejected by Pypi.

LGTM After this, it will be possible to install it by pip install AstroVascPy ?

I uploaded version 0.1.4 manually yesterday, so pip installing is already possible! https://pypi.org/project/AstroVascPy/

This PR makes sure the CI builds the wheel and uploads it on Pypi whenever a new release is made.
