Update branch archngv #38

When running examples/load_graph_archngv.py we get an import error in this line: https://github.com/BlueBrain/AstroVascPy/blob/5faf2174d4d475325a3b11bc1f065582fc921318/examples/load_graph_archngv.py#L14 The reason is that we changed the interface on main.

Solution: We should merge the main branch into the archngv branch.

ArchNGV is public now
