add flags for noise and inflow

Hey @StephLisa

I added two flags to enable/disable the noise and the sine wave input flow.

Please let me know if this is good for you. Do you prefer them at the top of the file?

I decided not to use a config file because I prefer to have config files only for the library, and not for a single script. But if you prefer to have the variables inside a config file just let me know.

Hey @nico-canta, Thanks for the flags. I checked, to me it is fine! Now we would be able to do easiily different kind of simulations (4 basically) needed for the paper without any mistakes! If the lint and tests apssed, to me you can merge!
