Updated embedder API and examples

Changes to the API of the embedding service:

• model/<model_name>/... is replaced by models/<model_name>
• model/<model_name>/similar-points is replaced by models/<model_name>/neighbors
• models/<model_name>/embedding returns {"vectors": [..., ..., ...] }

Notebooks updated accordingly, outputs cleared
