Capitalization of protocol names #180

Data files often have inconsistent capitalization in the protocol names, e.g. IDrest and IDRest. BluePyEfe should ignore the capitalization altogether so that the user does not need to search in each file beforehand to see what kind of capitalization was used by the experimentalist.
