Handle slice number outside of the reference range #34

Currently, the script gene_to_nissl.py does not register those slices whose number is outside of the range. However, it keeps the corresponding section in the metadata.

Section numbers are now removed from the metadata. Done in 1add6775b6a6d1315dbcace02768aa2974874f11
