Python minor version wheel updates #376

I noticed there are no Python 3.10 wheels yet. Could a new patch version be released including wheels built for python 3.10? Is there any way of trying to guarantee this automatically?

They are setup, and will be released with the next version. We should be making a release shortly, I think.
