Adding cp311-macosx_x86_64 wheel? #478

Hello, a student with a py311 and mac could not install morphio due to lacking wheel (and failed compiled locally). We created a py310 env, but maybe its also possible to get the 311 wheels?

Could you try this now, we just published a new version which should have the new wheel.
